Training Sandbox Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the Training Sandbox

The training subdomain is a demonstration and evaluation environment for Hercules. It exists to help invited users explore sandboxed phishing-simulation workflows, guided training experiences, and trainer-facing evidence in a safe, non-production setting.

2. No Live Targeting

The training sandbox must not be used to target real employees, customers, partners, or members of the public. Sandbox campaigns are limited to virtual personas and other non-production training fixtures supplied by Hercules.

3. Invitation-Only Access

Access is limited to users who receive a valid training invite. Invite codes are issued for evaluation, enablement, and internal walkthrough purposes only. They do not create a paid subscription or production tenant.

4. Sandbox Data Boundaries

The sandbox may contain your account profile information and activity telemetry required to operate the training experience. It is not intended for uploading live employee rosters, customer data, or regulated production records.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the sandbox only to evaluate, learn, or internally demonstrate Hercules.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, safety controls, or host restrictions.
• Do not treat sandbox evidence or sandbox personas as production-grade audit records.
• Do not automate abusive traffic or use the sandbox to rehearse real-world phishing against outside targets.

6. Suspension and Access Revocation

Hercules may suspend or remove sandbox access at any time if the environment is misused, if a training invite is shared outside its intended audience, or if the sandbox is needed for operational reset or content refresh.

7. No Production Commitments

The training sandbox is provided for demonstration and evaluation. It does not create production service-level commitments, managed-service obligations, or procurement guarantees unless separately agreed in writing.
